Umm, something came up...

What compelled me to come back from a 2 1/2 month hiatus? This place did. They offer this glorious disc of hot tomato, cheese, and basil that tastes like an orgasm feels. I ain't lying, people. Get over to Antico Pizza ASAP. My (and the owner's) favorite is the Diavaola which features San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella bufala, salciccia, and fiery red peppers. I love how they have fresh basil in a little vase on the take-away counter that they snip directly onto the hot, bubbly pizza before you leave. This is the most charming place I've been to in a long time. Don't get me started on the cannoli. Oh god, that cannoli...
