- Slice up some baguette, drizzle said slices with olive oil and toast for 5-7 min.
- Take two or three handfuls of baby arugula, put it in a bowl, add the juice of a lemon, some olive oil, salt and pepper and toss.
- Once the bread is toasted, remove from the oven and place the slices on a plate, top them with some good quality slices of bresaola (cured, air-dried beef).
- Top all the slices with the arugula salad and there you have it.
