Do you love tender, moist, delicious pancakes but wish they were a little better for you? Well I've found the best whole wheat pancake mix EVER, from a mill up in North Georgia called Logan Turnpike.
Trust me, these things turn out so light and fluffy and taste nothing like health food. I just made a batch with some fresh, Georgia strawberries and they were delicious. Sans syrup even! I'm a convert.
A bag of mix is available at Your Dekalb Farmer's Market for around $4.00. It's worth it.
